Jean services all towns in upper Westchester County and is a luxury home specialist.  She has extensive training and experience in relocation, with two trans-Atlantic moves and five relocations to otherurban areas, including Philadelphia, New York, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.

As a former real estate appraiser, she has the quantitative tools necessary to better pinpoint market value. Additionally, Jean is a real estate investor averaging a 200% ROI and with 25 years experience in the real estate and television industry at CBS and Fox. She worked as Director of Marketing for CBS and Media Planning Supervisor for Grey Advertising and has an MBA in marketing.

Along with her partners, Jean produced and co-hosted the first real estate television show in Westchester, "The Real Estate Show of Westchester," which featured audio and visual tours of 27 towns and villages. These tours can be seen on her website, www.jeancameronsmith.com, which receives 1200 unique visitors per month.

She has extensive knowledge of local history and produced three local history books: with a forward written by President Bill Clinton. She is co-owner of Kleenfeet, which manufactures and sells disposable shoe covers, used by many realtors.

Jean has been a Westchester resident since 1990, with a three-year hiatus when she relocated to Luxembourg. She was formerly a real estate columnist for the Patent Trader.

She has been the recipient of multiple awards from the Westchester Board of Realtors, including the Diamond, Platinum and Gold awards. Along with her partner, she has ranked among the top 1% of real estate agents in Westchester. She enjoys sailing, skiing and hiking with her husband, Mark, her son, Hunter, and their dogs, Willy and Libby.
